Second, medium temperature carbonisation
1、Maximum operating temperature: 1700℃, commonly used temperature 1650℃; effective working temperature zone size: according to custom; furnace mouth height adjustment gate, 0-80mm adjustable.
2、Heating mode: phase-shift voltage regulator + step-down transformer + high-purity graphite heaters
3、Working atmosphere in the furnace: high-purity Ar or nitrogen gas protection (micro-positive pressure), vacuum replacement;
4、Temperature uniformity: ≤ ±5℃ (assessed after 30min constant temperature);
5、Temperature measurement: tungsten rhenium thermocouple, temperature measurement accuracy 0.3%;
6, temperature control: Japan Shimaden FP93 instrument. PID intelligent programme control (temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃) and manual control;
7, alarm protection: overcurrent voltage, water pressure is too low and other intelligent early warning, alarm protection and power supply necessary safety protection; with over-temperature, over-pressure protection and alarm function, with automatic alarm function of water shutdown, branch out of the water temperature is too high and so on, electrical appliances are equipped with overheating, short-circuit and leakage and other protections, dangerous parts of the equipment are equipped with insulation and protective devices;
