Continuous Graphitising Furnace is usually applied to all kinds of carbon materials under the protection of various inert atmospheres, continuously after the temperature of 2000-3000 ℃, the hexagonal mesh structure began to rearrange, began to grow to the plane grid, in some areas to form part of the graphite network stacked in an orderly manner, resulting in graphite crystals, and to increase the internal carbon content of a kind of high-temperature furnace. At present, the continuous graphitization furnace produced by our company is only suitable for the continuous graphitization production with round calibre, small square calibre or wide flat calibre in the inlet and outlet, or the graphitization of various carbon materials with small heat capacity, such as various high modulus asphalt-based carbon fibres, phase-grown carbon fibres, silicon carbide fibres, graphite paper, etc., which are subjected to a certain degree of tension and are capable of self-pulling materials.
