Product Characteristics
- The hard felt polyacrylonitrile-based carbon felt or graphite felt is the base material, which is bonded, cured, shaped, carbonised and high-temperature treated by special techniques. It has good shape retention, self-supporting, small specific gravity, no staple fibre shedding, high surface finish, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, good resistance to thermal vibration (no cracking or deformation in long term use), long service life, easy to install and remove and replace, and the use of the temperature up to 3000°C. It is suitable for high temperature vacuum equipment, non-oxidative atmosphere, and non-oxidative atmosphere. It is the ideal new type of heat insulation material for high temperature vacuum equipment and non-oxidising atmosphere high temperature equipment.
